The Minnesota Population Center offers several training opportunities for graduate students, including a formal graduate training program in Population Studies, a graduate minor in Population Studies, opportunities to obtain hands-on training as a research assistant on substantive and data infrastructure research projects, funding for travel to professional conferences, collaborative writing groups, and weekly seminars and workshops. These training opportunities are available to students enrolled in degree programs in any academic department or unit affiliated with MPC.
