Biography
Divya joined MPC as a Graduate Research Assistant in Summer 2018 on IPUMS-MICS. She works on harmonizing data from UNICEF's MICS surveys, which include data on maternal and child health indicators from more than a hundred developing countries and several rounds of surveys.
Along with interests in poverty, welfare and rural-urban migration in rural South Asia, she is also interested in studying the driving forces and the impact of the declining fertility rate in urban India.
