The Minnesota Population Center (MPC) is one of the world’s leading developers of demographic data resources. In these hands-on workshops, local researchers will learn about the content of the data resources and receive basic information about how to get and use the data, which are available free over the internet.
This session covers the International Integrated Public Use Microdata Series (IPUMS-International), which includes harmonized data for 1960 forward, covering 263 million people in 111 censuses from around the world.
Workshops are free but limited to 20 people. Please email training@pop.umn.edu to register.
