Information Technology Core

The mission of the Information Technology Core is to provide cutting-edge computing support for MPC research projects through the provision of services in four main areas: Software Development; Web and Graphic Design; Desktop Computing Support; and Research Computing Services.

Eligibility for Services

Based on available resources, all MPC members are eligible to use basic Information Technology Core services, including programming, web and graphic design, desktop support, and research computing.

Services Available to MPC Members

Information Technology Core Services available to MPC Members include: software development, graphic and web design/architecture, desktop support, and research computing support and administration.

Information Technology Core Advisory Committee

The Information Technology Advisory Committee includes Principal Investigators and project managers who make heavy use of IT Core Services. It meets bi-weekly or as necessary to assess progress and reallocate efforts to meet project needs.

Information Techology Core Staff

The Information Technology Core is staffed by a mix of professional, graduate and undergraduate employees working in various aspects of information technology.
